2. Get pre-approved and find a house plan that fits your budget, we have lenders standing by to help.
3. Meet with Larry Winder, our Sales Executive, to write up a contract.
• Choose your exterior color, style, design.
• Choose your preferred carpet, tile, paint, light fixtures, door knobs, etc…
4. Start building!!!
5. Move into your new custom designed home!!
