Drake Renovation & Construction, Inc. (also know as DRC) is located at 115 E. University, Suite 1 in the beautiful 1913 Connelly-Harrington House (formerly Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce). Since 2000, DRC has completed over 45 renovations to older homes in Siloam Springs & Gentry, Arkansas. DRC has also built 30 newly constructed custom & spec homes and has renovated over 55,000 sq. ft. of historical buildings in the downtown Siloam Springs area.
In 2009 DRC launched sister company Drake Contracting, LLC as our commercial division. The first project being Emelia's Restaurant in Downtown Siloam Springs, AR.We give homes much needed TLC to allow them to shine for years to come while preserving their historic qualities.All our available properties are listed exclusively with Christina Drake, Executive Broker with Coldwell Banker Facuette Real Estate.
